As a passionate practitioner and certified teacher of multiple yoga styles I offer my gathered wisdoms to you in private and group sessions, which will bring you not only physical fitness but also mental serenity. Reiki is an energetic healing method in which the universal lifeforce energy is chaneled through the hands of the practitioner onto the person receiving the treatment. This realignment through the dance of the energies (universal + human) improves the constitution of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. It works by the laws of quantum physics and entrainment, which means when two frequencies meet, the lower will flow into resonance with the higher frequency. As the bio magnetic field of your body elevates, it is free to release any blockages, stagnations or traumas, which are stored as information within your body.
